How we decide where to give.

Every gift madenew makes runs through a simple set of priorities. We give close to home before we give across the world, and we keep the door open to anyone who needs help or knows someone who does.

The priority ladder

    Local community first.

    People down the street, the church around the corner, the family whose name we know. Help is closest where the relationship already exists.

  2. 02

    Children and families in need.

    Organizations that materially feed, shelter, clothe, educate, and protect kids and the parents trying to raise them.

  3. 03

    Missions abroad.

    The trips we sponsor and the on-the-ground partners we work alongside, clean water, church plants, disaster relief, the slow rebuilding of places.

  4. 04

    Open recommendations.

    Anyone can recommend an organization, name a need, or ask for support directly, our team reads every one. The requests page is open for that.

Underneath all of it, the biggest thing for us is to give happily, take care of people, and connect them with our story, with Christ, and with a life worth the walk.
